Did you know that mobility & flexibility in the spine and joints decrease with age? That´s why the importance of stretching regularly. Stretching also helps to heal & prevent back pain. Without stretching, our muscles become short and tight making your body feel tense and sore.
This is a 60-minute class I will work on
* Flexibility, strong, and healthier muscles
* Better posture
* Calming your mind and releasing stress.
We´ll do deep stretches on the muscles around the hips and the shoulder area. We´ll be using props to help you to stretch safely and we´ll be following body alignment. After the class, you will feel more open, lighter, and with a tension-free body.
