This class is for all levels. We work on basic pilates movements and if you are experienced, the foam roll gives the possibility to make the movements more challenging & new.
When you do a pilates class with a foam roll you get a nice flow, you work on you balance and you can find different angles to work with. A wonderful experience your body will thank you for.
