In the private training, everything will be tailored to your needs and planned to support your change, taking into account your wishes, needs, time, and lifestyle. We will clarify your goals and take needed measurements (manual, In-body, etc.) to monitor your progress. I use tools like strength training, yoga, Pilates, nutritional coaching - or a combination of all of these. You will have 1-on-1 training with me (which can be live or online) and you will get a program to execute on the other days. Each session lasts 60min
